Wasp Spider again
Comments(3) # Wasp Spider again london e17

So, from a pregnant LDNP Oak to a very possibly pregnant Wasp Spider. She's certainly a lot larger and a lot rounder than the last time I showed you her (though I mistakenly called her a him then). No sign of any of the egg sacs that contain the eggs for next year's generation yet but I needn't have been so worried about the survival of these spiders over last winter, a quick search and count found twenty of them in a small area.
