Blue Tailed Damselfly
Comments(3) # Blue Tailed Damselfly london e11

I didn't know we had Blue Tailed Damselflies in the pond just a stone's throw from the LDNP Oak until Friday when my almost three year old nephew decided to find out what would happen if you kicked your football into it*. They're not a rare species (Blue-tailed damselflies that is, not nephews), one of the UK's most common in fact but still always nice to find a new place where they're living. Don't you love the little peacock-like eyes on his wings? * Answer: NiC gets wet feet. Canon EOS-1D Mark III
